Shipping

We currently offer shipping only within the United States, and use the standard methods available by the USPS. Our current processing time is 3-7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.

Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are added to the cost of your purchase  at time of your checkout.

COVID UPDATE!  Due to the current pandemic the majority of postal carriers are experiencing significant shipping delays, so please be patient.

Returns/Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of our bath and body products, we cannot assure the purity of these products once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons, products cannot be restocked or resold, so we cannot accept returns/exchanges. If you should have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact fizest.co@gmail.com.

Cancellations

There is a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellations will be confirmed by email.
